에밀 졸라(Émile Zola, 1840~ 1902))는 프랑스의 작가이자 언론인이다. 자연주의 조류의 대표작가로 평가받는 에밀 졸라는 전세계에서 출판, 번역, 해석이 가장 많이 이루어진 제일 유명한 프랑스 소설가 중 하나이다. 졸라의 소설은 영화와 텔레비전으로 수 차례 각색되기도 하였다.
